We have had a very comfortable stay at Casa Verde. The location has been marvellous with easy access to Barga, Lucca, Pisa & Florence. The mountaIn drives with spectacular views have been wonderful. Il Borghese in Bagni di Lucca was a lovely place to enjoy a lunch meal & the ice cream @ Fiori del Centro is undoubtably the best in the area. Casa verde has provided all home comforts and the views of the mountains were wonderful to wake up to. Also the delightful swimming pool in Bagni di Lucca was very refreshing on these very hot summer days!! 40deg C. Thank you Brian & Deborah for providing this wonderful holiday home.

Our first stay here, couldn't be more peaceful. A
truly relaxing break and getaway. The scenery through
to Bagni di Lucca is just beautiful. We enjoyed our
day trips to Pisa, Florence and into the city of
Lucca. A lovely treat to come back to the quiet of

We have really enjoyed our spring vacation at this
lovely place. Casa Verde was a bit cold when arriving
(2 O'clock in the morning) but Brian and Deborah
quickly arranged 2 radiators and more wood. They are
very helpful and we are quite sure that we will return
in the coming year.
The near surroundings are fantastic for walking, running and biking.
Mountain walks in the National Park are fantastic too.
The nature here is magnificent.
Food and wine here is very good and we recommend "Da Vinicio" in Bagni
di Lucca. At the moment of leaving we don't know how
to return to Denmark. Our flight is cancelled due to
the Volcanic sky from Iceland, but we are sure we will
return to Denmark and to Casa Verde.

We love the house and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were very lucky with the weather, which got better each day, with sunny blue sky days and no wind.
Love the walk up to Montefegatesi from Monti di Villa. Took 1hr 20 mins downhill coming back. Montefegatesi is magic. Another great place to visit was Campocatino (turned off at Poggia) great views of the Apuan Alps.
Everywhere we went we enjoyed the scenery and the autumn colours. We
appreciated the food and drink supplied by Bryan and Debbie ans would
love to return one day. Thanks for everything.

Our family has a fantastic time, we all enjoyed every moment. This is a perfect cosy holiday home, nicely decorated and well equipped. A beautiful cottage and breath taking views. It's near Bagni di Lucca and only a 2 minute drive to a finger licking pizzeria. Deborah and Brian and a food hamper when we arrived, which is just what a hungry family of 5 needed!

A sweet house with 2 comfortable bedrooms. The perfect spot to experience Tuscany. The locals were friendly and we had fun trying to make each other understood. We went on some picturesque walks and reached the restaurant in Granaiola just in time for lunch! Only about 15 mins away. We will certainly come back for another visit. The food hamper and wine was greatly appreciated, a lovely touch. The information that Brian and Debbie provided helped enormously. Thanks for helping to make our stay enjoyable.

Situated in Pieve di Monti di Villa, a pretty hamlet which is 476 metres above sea level and nestled in the hills of Bagni di Lucca, Casa Verde can be found at the beginning of the hamlet next to the fountain.
