Let us know the dates that you require and we will contact you within 24 hours - usually much sooner - to confirm whether your dates are still available. We will confirm the price for you and send a request for payment via PayPal. We use PayPal as this is a safe and easy way for us to receive your payments and similarly, for you to receive your refundable security deposit from us.
Terms and conditions
Rates include: All utilities, linen and towels. Should your booking be for longer than 7 nights, then a change of linen and towels will be provided and the house cleaned during your stay.
A deposit will be required when you make your booking and a security deposit of will be required when your final payment is made. The remainder of the balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If this is not possible because your arrival is in less than 8 weeks, when you made your booking, then payment will be required in full. Your security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your return home, provided there are no breakages or damages. Should there be any breakages then a proportion or all of the deposit will be withheld depending on the cost of the replacement or repair.
Should the necessity arise and you need to cancel your booking, then your security deposit will be refunded in full. 50% of your booking deposit will also be refunded, provided notification is received 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Regrettably, after this time scale, your deposit and balance will be nonrefundable unless we are able to let the cancelled dates.
